I don't have hyper-V in my Windows 10 home version. The bios option for virtualization is enable. It's working but i have only the 32bit available. I then attempted to remove virtualbox and still did not get network back.

While you have VT-x/AMD-V enabled, which is the reason you are able to run the first 64-bit virtual machine, it is not being passed through to the virtual. I have enabled VT-x/AMD-V in the Ubuntu host's VirtualBox config for the Windows 10 guest machine. The oracle version is far from ready to be released. VirtualBox does not support hosting a 64-bit virtual machine within another virtual machine. I am noob to Virtual Machines and just trying to dive into the pool.
